Peck & Strong

Peck and Strong are a company of cooks. In their vast kitchen on Lords Meadow they make their Cakes, their Brownies, and all manner of Shortbreads and Flapjacks, along with beautiful big Vegetarian Flans and Pies.

Although they make great numbers of all these, they still cook by hand from the best of raw ingredients- no short cuts, no quick fixes, with minimal machinery.

​

Their products are enjoyed across the UK and Ireland in settings ranging from coffee shops to universities, from garden centres to delis, and National Trust and English Heritage restaurants.
